Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help you gain clarity, shift patterns, and take aligned action toward the life you want. Coaching is not about fixing you—it’s about supporting you as you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your goals.

Coaching focuses on the present and future—where you are now and where you want to go. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing, healing, and processing past trauma or mental health conditions. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it is not a replacement for therapy.

Coaching does not replace therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.

Coaching is for women who feel ready to stop shrinking, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and intention—even if they don’t have everything figured out yet. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching; you just need a willingness to explore, reflect, and take aligned action.

Each session is a supportive, non-judgmental space tailored to you. We may explore what you’re navigating, identify patterns or blocks, clarify goals, and work toward next steps that feel grounded and realistic. Sessions are conversational, reflective, and guided by what you need most in the moment.

All coaching sessions are currently offered virtually via secure video call. This allows for flexibility and accessibility no matter where you’re located.

1:1 coaching sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on the option you choose. Program sessions follow a consistent structure outlined when you enroll.

Sessions may be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Sessions can be rescheduled up to an hour before appointment time. Sessions canceled within 48 hours, or missed sessions (“no-shows”), are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
