About me
"I didn't find coaching - coaching found me."
I’ve lived the story many women of color know too well—giving to everyone else while slowly losing myself along the way.
After job loss, miscarriage, and an identity shift that left me questioning everything, I realized clarity wouldn’t come from waiting—it would come from choosing myself.
Survival is just the beginning, audacity is the evolution. It's your birthright and I will help you become more audacious and take up space.
my journey
From Survival to Audacity
When Everything I Built Fell Apart
I had spent years identifying myself through roles and responsibilities—my work, my marriage, my achievements, my ability to hold it all together. When I experienced profound loss and uncertainty all at once, I found myself asking a question I had never had to face before: Who am I when everything I’ve built my identity on is gone?
Choosing Audacity (Before I Felt Ready)
For a long time, I stayed stuck—grieving, questioning, shrinking. But eventually, I realized that waiting for clarity wasn’t moving me forward. I needed to choose myself, even without certainty. That decision led me to the Headspace Institute Training Program. I was unemployed at the time and unsure how I would make it work—but I trusted the nudge to take a bold step anyway. That single audacious choice changed everything.
Integration, Not Reinvention
Through deep self-discovery, reflection, visioning, and values-aligned action, I began to reconnect with who I wanted to be—and more importantly, how I wanted to live. I didn’t just survive that season. I evolved. Today, I coach women of color who are ready to stop shrinking, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity, courage, and audacity. Because survival may be the beginning—but audacity is the evolution.
If You’re Here, This Might Be Why
- You’ve been resilient for everyone else and feel disconnected from yourself
- You’re successful on paper but unsure what you actually want
- You’re tired of shrinking, silencing your needs, or carrying guilt for wanting more
- You don’t want fixing—you want clarity, alignment, and grounded action.
And if you’re ready to stop shrinking, reconnect with your resilience, and take up space with intention—that’s where our work together begins.
If any part of my story feels familiar—or if you see yourself headed toward a version of life that no longer fits—you’re not alone.
You don’t have to wait for burnout, loss, or exhaustion to force a change. You get to choose yourself now.
